June 13, 2013, I received my Solar Roaster from Coffee-Tech Engineering. I was in heaven, and a dream of roasting coffee on a larger scale came true! I had to pinch myself. Then in 2016 my husband, friends, brother, and son built me my own roasting room. I called it Blue Willow Coffee. Here are some pictures of my roasting room.
